Yes. Online sales run automatically through your event page. For tickets sold offline (cash, bank transfer, or any other method), your staff logs them instantly using the Syticks for Business app. Everything lands in the same dashboard so your numbers are always complete.
You create a promo code in your dashboard, set the discount amount (fixed or percentage), and define how many times it can be used. Share it on WhatsApp or social media. When customers apply it at checkout, the discount is deducted automatically.
Yes. Create a sub-account for each gate staff member with scanner-only permissions. They download the Syticks for Business app, log in, and scan. You see every check-in live. They cannot see your revenue, your full guest list, or any other part of the dashboard. What they see starts and ends at the scan screen.
