What is Syticks?

Syticks is a marketplace built to enable you buy/sell tickets to a variety of experiences, connect and share these experiences with loved ones. 

 

What is the mode of payment when buying your tickets on Syticks?

Your Debit card
 

Can I create and sell my tickets on Syticks without verification?

Yes, of course you can, but it won't go LIVE immediately because, it has to pass through some checks which typically happens within 6 - 12 hours. 

Once your upload passes the review process, it goes LIVE and everyone can buy your tickets. In any case your upload doesn't pass the review process, you will be notified through your mail. 

If I have any issue, who can I contact for support?

Can I create tickets and sell it on Syticks for free?

Yes, creating and selling tickets on Syticks is absolutely free. 

How do I check in attendees on Syticks?

Every business account set up on Syticks has a free barcode scanner. 

Every experience created on Syticks has a unique dashboard that contains a list of attendees. 

You can manually check in your attendees from the attendees list or scan their ticket's barcode. 

 

How do I get my tickets after purchase?

Immediately payment is made, your ticket is automatically added to your TICKSTRY and you are expected to present the barcode or your username as a means of check in. 

Your TICKSTRY is a menu on the side bar where you can find all your tickets.

How can one become a verified business on Syticks?

It's pretty simple. All you have to do is sign up and login to your business account, navigate to the “Become/Get Verified” menu and upload the following documents;

• CAC Registration document of your brand.
Application for Business Registration (Mermat)
• Any national means of identification of a contact person; Your International passport/Driver's license/Voter's card/National ID card, etc.

In an event of an approval/rejection, you will be notified through your mail within 6 - 12 hours of submission. 

Why is my ticket upload not live?


As an unverified business on Syticks, your ticket upload has to undergo some background checks before it's available on the marketplace. 

If you're verified, your tickets doesn't need to go through any checks. 

For unverified businesses, it usually takes about 6 -12 hours to vet your upload before it goes live. You should get a status update in your mail once all necessary checks are done.
 

Can I share my tickets to others?

Yes, you can. You can share your tickets to your friends, family or followers on Syticks.

You can share your tickets from the Syticks app. All you have to do is get the app from your device appstore. 

If you've not already bought a ticket, buy one. Go to your tickstry and click on the ticket you want to share, search for your recepients username and share it.
